Custom Governor's Island Addition
At Hillbilly Home Development we love working with local homeowners. So when this Governor's Island homeowner asked us to build an addition with a two car garage and in-law apartment above, we were so excited to get started.
We met with this client to design a plan for their new addition that met all their needs. We then oversaw the project from start to finish.
The in-law apartment included a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
When the project was finished, the client was left with a new space that added to the value and enhanced the home they already loved.
